Over 15 years ago we took on our first Graduate Trainee with the aim of developing talented leaders to ensure the long-term success of the business. Since then, the Reed Graduate Training Scheme (GTS) has become an integral part of our future strategy where we offer ambitious individuals the opportunity to realise their potential in a fast-paced and rewarding environment.  Where Reed differs to many other graduate recruiters, is that we have a number of examples that illustrate that the scheme works!  The GTS has produced a COO, a Chief Executive, 3 Managing Directors and numerous senior managers who currently work throughout our worldwide network of offices.

The GTS is a three year programme open to exceptional graduates who are keen to forge a successful career in the recruitment, HR, and welfare to work industries.
