The vast majority of those joining the Reed Graduate Training Scheme subsequently choose to enter into permanent employment with Reed.  Most will do this upon completion of the three year Scheme, but some go permanent early if they find their ideal role sooner than this.

Once graduates leave the Scheme, they can continue to develop their career in the same way any other Reed Co-Member can.  Most areas of the business have formal career structures that will help you progress into senior-level management positions where you can find yourself responsible for large numbers of people across a wide geographical area.  For those Graduates who have chosen to specialise in one of the niche business areas that Reed serves your development will continue through careful career planning with your line manger and mentor.

It is quite possible to make a significant impact on Reed during your time on the Graduate Scheme or soon after leaving it.  One former Graduate Trainee was given the opportunity to manage and develop Reed Online within a year of completing the Scheme, another has gone on to manage the Reed Foundation and is also Managing Director of theBigGive.
