We value our Graduates highly and look to provide them with a competitive package. Reed's philosophy, however, is to reward performance and so while we feel the salaries we offer are more than enough to keep you well-fed and pay the rent, it is the bonus you can earn that pays for life's luxuries. Recruitment is a transparent industry such that success is clear and will be rewarded accordingly.

Upon joining Reed, Graduates receive a basic salary of £21,000 (£23,000 if London based) plus a £2,000 joining bonus. In addition to this, many roles will allow you to earn a substantial performance related bonus. As most Graduates undertake an operational role in their first year, this bonus is usually uncapped and it is not unrealistic to expect a first year OTE of £30,000 – although a number of first year graduates have earned well in excess of this.  In addition, during the course of the graduate scheme you will receive regular performance-related pay reviews.  Should you remain in an operational role then you will have great scope to increase your total earnings throughout your time on the Graduate scheme.
Several of our current graduates have reached Senior Consultant status in their 1st year and another graduate has been promoted to Business Manager in their 2nd year.  By the end of the scheme you could have already earned at least £100,000 and be stepping into a senior management position.

We actively encourage innovation and new ideas that will improve the way we operate on a day to day basis.  If your idea is deemed to add value to the business then you can be rewarded anything from £50 to £100,000 – the highest amount a Co-Member has received.  We’ve also recently ran a competition with a top prize of £50,000 awarded for the single best idea from any Co-Member.

When you become a part of the Reed GTS there are more than just monetary rewards on offer.  You could find yourself taking your mental and physical fitness to the extreme on our Alpine Leadership Challenge with an intense climb to the peak of the French Alps.  Or even testing your team-building skills on our Life and Leadership course in Dubai.  In addition, our charity, Reed Foundation, offers each Co-member many ways to get involved and help improve the lives of those less fortunate than ourselves.  We have several graduates that are currently involved with raising money for Ethiopiaid, a charity set up by Sir Alec Reed in 1989 dedicated to providing support to the impoverished in Ethiopia.  We’ve raised over £20 million to date and each year a team visits the country and helps with local projects.
