We value our Graduate Trainees highly and look to provide them with a competitive package. Reed's philosophy, however, is to reward performance and so while we offer a competitive salary, it's the bonus you can earn that quickly increases what you can take home!

Upon joining Reed, Graduates receive a basic salary of £21,000 (£23,000 if London based) plus a joining bonus of £2,000.

In addition many roles will allow you to earn a substantial bonus, which is usually uncapped and determined by performance. It is not unrealistic to expect a first year OTE of £30,000, and a number of first year graduates have earned well in excess of this. Should you remain in an operational role then you will have great scope to increase your total earnings throughout your time on the Graduate Training Scheme.
