Upon joining Reed, you will receive a graduate induction training course, delivered on a residential basis at our Business School.  As the training is undertaken with other GTS members you also gain the benefit of networking with people across the business and sharing experiences at the same time.  As you progress in your operational role, you will be part of numerous other courses all focussing on supporting you become number one in your marketplace.

In your 2nd year, all graduates are given the opportunity to chose from a wide-range of professional qualifications to study towards, which will support the direction you see your career developing in.  Graduates have previously studied towards: a Management MA from Durham University or accredited membership of the CIPD (HR), CIM (Marketing) or CIMA and ACCA (Accountancy).

We want to ensure your career at Reed is a success so you will receive plenty of support along the way.  As well as receiving the usual day-to-day support of your line manager and colleagues you will also have a number of other people to draw upon for help.  Each graduate is given the opportunity to choose a senior manager as mentor, this is someone who can provide impartial advice and help talk through issues such as career direction. There is also a dedicated Graduate Team who act as a central point of contact and ensure there are a number of social activities for graduates to attend and network at.
