The minimum entry requirements for the Graduate Training Scheme are a 2.1 degree in any subject and 300+ UCAS points from your best three 'A' Level results (excluding General Studies) or equivalent. In addition to a raw level of intellect we look for our Graduates to have certain qualities that will ensure they are successful at Reed. We use a competency based approach to our recruitment and look for applicants to exhibit the following:

We also ideally look for applicants to be geographically flexible. Your first placement will be within our core operations and due to the size of our branch network we will endeavour to place you in your preferred geographical location.  As part of our continuing international expansion, more graduate placements are becoming available overseas – we now have offices in 15 countries.  We are looking for talented graduates that will help promote the Reed brand and develop our business internationally.  It is important to remember that the location of subsequent placements is determined by the direction you want your career to follow, and for this reason we strongly encourage you to be flexible.
